Visión: Los sonorenses contaremos con una expresión artística, cultural y científica representativa de nuestros municipios y regiones; la comunidad artística y cultural logrará notables avances en su organización gremial y financiera, y mantendrá una creciente interacción con exponentes de la cultura nacional e internacional.
