Taking a Tufesa bus from Arizona to Guaymas is convenient, comfortable, cost-effective and easy to use. You can reach Guaymas with Tufesa from numerous points in the US, inlcuding Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas and Las Angeles.
The bus company, Tufesa, started a new route between San Carlos and Guaymas in a Sprinter van. It leaves from Los Jitos and goes to the Tufesa station in Guaymas with several daily departures from 6:00am to 8:00pm. I don’t see tickets for sale on the Tufesa website but they are answering questions on their Facebook page.
