Casa Franciscana’s clinic (“Dispensario Medico”), opened in 1971 in Guaymas by Franciscan friars, provides free medical and dental care to the poor, both prevention and treatment. Open 8:30am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday; from 8:30am to noon on Saturday.
What they need: Anyone with medical, chiropractic or dental expertise willing to donate time with consultations. Leftover medications, used eyeglasses, medical equipment, shoes and clothing also needed.
