San Carlos Painters is a small employee-owned bilingual company run by a retired painting contractor with over 40 years experience. What differentiates us is our attention to detail — be it in the job preparation before the paint is even on the wall; our efficient and innovative method for painting or sealing your important asset; or the evening clean-ups that we perform before we leave for the night.
Painting
We can paint it… house, metal gates & doors, murals!
* We power wash all exterior surfaces before painting to reveal flaws for repair.
* We move and cover your furniture and windows to keep them protected from drops and overspray.
* We repair interior flaws before painting.
* Painting is largely performed using a professional quality, high pressure, airless spray gun which atomizes the paint before it reaches the walls for an even finish on all types of surfaces.
Roof Sealing & Painting
* Flat roofs need to be maintained and resurfaced every 5 years. Any longer, and the material will deteriorate and start leaking; then it costs a lot more to repair and seal.
* FREE Roof Inspection – we will check for cracks and waterproofing deterioration — and help you avoid possible problems.
* Leaking roofs can be a problem even in a low rainfall area. We have a great elasticized product which will seal the roof after we have located the problem.
* We use impermeable roof paint with a life expectancy of 5 years.
Prices are per job and include the highest quality materials.
