Just got back from very nice meal. Easily the best meat in San Carlos. Very good variety of cuts of meat, almost always very tasty. Well staffed with competent waiters. Gregarious and smart owner who is frequently there. I think it would benefit from having lamps on the tables, because the dim light can make what is in reality a very nice room a little dingy.
