Client Testimonial:

I’m not a ‘gym’ type of person. Sharing equipment, wiping someone else’s sweat off equipment, having someone watch me work out while they wait for the equipment I’m using, listening to the gym’s choice of music, and not being comfortable with the use of the equipment, all makes me avoid this type of setting. So how can I get a work out that emulates one that you get with gym equipment? I’ll tell you….I just attended one of Roseanne’s Pilates classes and got an intense workout without all the things I dislike about a gym. I don’t really know what I was expecting from a pilates class but it wasn’t this and I was pleasantly surprised (and sore afterwards). The entire workout was performed on a yoga mat and we used our own muscles and bodies as our resistance and gym equipment. The setting was very calming, the class size was small, and Roseanne was an energetic and talented teacher. We worked muscle groups I had forgotten I even had. For a 40-something person, this is exactly the intense workout I was looking for and in a setting that will encourage me to attend regularly. My body will be toned in no time.
